About

Authenticity, Compassion, Trust, and Kindness

Welcome to my practice. It takes courage to seek help, and I am honored to know that you are here. About me With 19 years of experience working with individuals and families, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. I value diversity and deeply appreciate the uniqueness of each person I work with. My practice provides a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can express their thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we focus on identifying personal strengths, managing challenges, and setting realistic, meaningful goals. I believe that everyone has their own unique set of needs, and my role is to help you begin the process of releasing the burdens of everyday stress. My counseling style is interactive, respectful, and empathetic. I believe in a collaborative approach—working together to create a plan tailored to you and your family’s specific goals and values. The value I bring to the services I provide is deeply rooted in both my diverse personal experiences as a woman and human being, and my extensive professional training as a Psychotherapist. I have navigated a wide range of life events—from adolescence to college, complex relationships, infertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause, the impact of COVID, racial discrimination, and career transitions. Each of these experiences has shaped my understanding of mental health in profound ways. I recognize that every person’s journey is unique, and I approach each client with genuine respect and openness. My work is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and the belief that our individual stories matter deeply. I’m here to support others as they explore their own experiences and work toward healing and growth.
